Calendar (2023)
- First Sunday in November, and first Sunday in February, Zoom info session at 5:00 pm (EST).
- March 1: deadline to apply for the program, and, if you qualify, for a scholarship (two different steps). Applications without scholarship will be considered until April 1, but space is limited.
- March 15: acceptance email sent and scholarships awarded.
- Last Sunday in March: mandatory Zoom orientation session. Course pre-registration begins shortly thereafter.
- April 1: deadline to officially commit to participate.
- June 8: students arrive in Avignon
- June 13: first day of class
- July 21: last day of class. End of program celebrations.
- July 22-23: students leave Avignon
