Calendar (2024)
- November 5th, 2023 / February 4th, 2024: Zoom info session at 5:00 pm (EST).
- March 1st, 2024: Deadline to apply for the program, and, if you qualify, for a scholarship (two different steps). Applications without scholarship will be considered until April 1st, but space is limited.
- March 15th, 2024: Acceptance email sent and scholarships awarded.
- March 24th, 2024 March: Mandatory Zoom orientation session. Course pre-registration begins shortly thereafter.
- April 1st, 2024: Deadline to officially commit to participate.
- June 6th, 2024 : Students arrive in Avignon.
- June 10th, 2024: First day of classes.
- July 18th, 2024: Last day of classes. End of program celebrations.
- July 20-21st, 2024: Students leave Avignon.
