Calendar (2026)
- February 8th, 2026: Zoom info session at 5:00 pm (EST).
- March 1st, 2026: Deadline to apply for the program, and, if you qualify, for a scholarship (two different steps). Applications without scholarship will be considered until April 1st, but space is limited.
- March 15th, 2026: Acceptance email sent and scholarships awarded.
- March 22nd, 2026 March: Mandatory Zoom orientation session. Course pre-registration begins shortly thereafter.
- April 1st, 2026 Deadline to officially commit to participate.
- June 4th, 2026 : Students arrive in Avignon.
- June 8th, 2026 First day of classes.
- July 17th, 2026 Last day of classes. End of program celebrations.
- July 18th, 2026: Students leave Avignon.
